Old Broad Street Research Ltd (OBSR) is incorporated in the UK.  In 2009, OBSR reviewed its business strategy and as a result in April 2010, OBSR was acquired by Morningstar, a leading provider of independent investment research in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. 

Whilst still based in the heart of the City of London, this enlarged corporate structure provides added stability and a wider range of capabilities in the field of high quality, in-depth investment and product research and related services. 

OBSR continues to occupy a unique position in the financial services industry between financial intermediaries, product providers and fund management groups.
